2.1 TabVault Pro Browser Extension
Data Stored Locally:

Important: All data in the free tier is stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API. We do not have access to this data.
2.2 Mobile Companion PWA
TabVault Pro includes an optional Mobile Companion PWA for accessing your saved tabs on mobile devices:
- Installable via QR code from the extension settings
- Stores data locally in your browser (IndexedDB)
- Works offline-first
- Syncs with extension via Google Drive (Pro/Pro+ users)
- No data transmitted to our servers
2.3 Cloud Sync (All Tiers)
TabVault Pro offers optional Google Drive cloud sync for all tiers (Free, Pro, and Pro+):
- Your saved tabs and workspaces are stored in your Google Drive
- We do not store your data on our servers
- You control your data through your Google account
- You can disable sync at any time
- Cloud sync is available for all tiers. Your data, your storage.
2.4 Payment Information
When you purchase Pro or Pro+ licenses, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive only:
- Transaction confirmation
- License key information
- Email address (for license delivery)
The email address is provided by you during checkout and is used only for license delivery and support communication. We do not store credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
2.5 Usage Analytics
TabVault Pro collects minimal, anonymous usage analytics to help improve the product. Analytics events are sent via a first-party server-side proxy to Google Analytics 4. No data is sent directly from your browser to Google. This includes:
- Feature usage patterns (which features are used, e.g. "saved a collection")
- Error and crash reports (anonymized)
- Extension performance metrics
We do NOT collect:
- Tab URLs, titles, or content
- Personal information or identifiable data
- Workspace or collection names
- Any saved tab data
All analytics are anonymized and aggregated. No personal browsing data is ever transmitted.

- Stored in your personal Google Drive (not our servers)
